Applications:
W12 Hydraulic 4 Roller Rolling Machine
ITE-Rolling Machine Series W12
Hydraulic 4-Roller Rolling Machine
Performance Characteristics
This machine is a hydraulic four-roller plate rolling machine with the capability of pre-bending the ends of the plates, resulting in minimal residual straight edges and high rolling precision. The upper roller is driven by a hydraulic motor, the lower roller moves vertically, and the side rollers move in an arc. The vertical displacement of the lower and side rollers is computer-controlled, with automatic leveling and digital display on the screen, ensuring high rolling accuracy. Featuring a user-friendly interface, the machine can be operated by a single person, making it intelligent, efficient, and safe. Multiple models are available to meet customer requirements, including economical digital display and TNC numerical control models.
Electric Feeding System Introduction:
Plates are stacked sequentially and are automatically picked up by suction cups and fed into the feeding rack. The plates are then automatically aligned and fed into the rolling machine in a fixed position. Once the plate is detected to be in position, the specified rolling program runs automatically. After the workpiece is completed, the automatic discharge system pushes the workpiece onto the roller rack. While discharging, the next plate is automatically picked up and fed, improving rolling efficiency.
Top Support System Introduction:
The top support system consists of a movable bracket that can be adjusted up and down according to the size of the cylinder body. During the rolling process, it supports the cylinder. The top support bracket has a tie rod fixed to the ground, and the user must arrange anchor points in the foundation.
Lateral Support System and Air Cooling Device Introduction:
The lateral hydraulic supports hold the large-diameter cylinder on both sides to prevent precision loss due to the weight during the rolling process. These supports can also serve as rolling paths when not in use. The hydraulic system operates normally at temperatures from -15°C to 65°C. When the temperature is below -15°C, an electric heater can be used to heat the system, and when the temperature exceeds 65°C, a cooler can control the oil temperature to maintain an appropriate working temperature.
